Srinagar, May 29 (KNO) : Muslim League on Wednesday condemned the slapping of 38th PSA on its chairman Masrat Aalam Bhat and second on Muhammad Yousuf Mir. According to a statement issued to KNO, ML spokesperson said "the administration has made its mind to place Masrat Aalam behind bars and it is using PSA as a tool, otherwise courts have repeatedly quashed 36 PSA's completely.” Masrat Aalam is lodged in Ambhala jail Jammu and was about to get release after his 37th PSA was also quashed last week. “But instead of his release he was kept at some unknown location and has been slapped with 38th PSA today by Baramulla district in connection with some fabricated charges. “.it is the worst demonstration of political vendetta,” he said.(KNO)
